'Streets Alive' comes to Sudbury!

Sunday 17 July on Market Hill

Free Performances: 11am - 12noon and 2pm - 3pm

We're excited to welcome the superb Eastern Angles Theatre Company to Market Hill this Sunday with their new FREE ‘Streets Alive’ touring production:

Streets Alive aims to capture the magic of Suffolk stories and bring them to life on local high streets. Stilt walking, puppetry and music combine in this outdoor performance which will be performed on Sudbury's Market Hill this Sunday 17 July.

The promenade focuses on two local stories – local heroine Margaret Catchpole who “borrowed” a horse and went on the ride of a lifetime, and 13th century North African musician, The Ipswich Man, whose bones were found in a recent excavation of the town’s Greyfriar’s monastery cemetery”.

No need to book, performances are free, just come along and enjoy the magic!
