Monster Hero Safari Sudbury

Join us in Sudbury for a new family friendly self-guided town trail raising money for NHS Charities Together! Sudbury has joined this fantastic nationwide story-trail project ‘MonsterHero Safari’, 10 lively characters are waiting to be discovered in the windows of town centre venues here: https://monsterherosafari.com/locations/sudbury2 Participants need only their smartphone to utilise contactless NFC technology and QR codes. The Safari is app-free without the need for players to download or sign up.  After finding all 10 ‘MonsterHeroes’ families will be rewarded with a free e-book about their first adventure.    To take part: 1. Families go to the start point at The Town Hall, or any trail stop character, and simply tap or scan with a smartphone to begin. A notification appears on their phone asking them to make a small payment/donation to begin the trail and support the NHS - no registration or app download is needed to proceed. Once payment is complete a map and list of ‘sightings’ appears for their location with participating venues. 2. Families visit the sighting locations and search for Monster Hero characters on the map venues. They tap or scan the characters on the window from outside to ‘collect’ the unique character cards. Each MonsterHero card presents the family with the character’s origin story and powers etc. There will be 10 character cards to collect. 3. When families have visited all 10 trail locations a custom created picture-book featuring all of the characters will be unlocked at no extra charge.
