James Wilkinson opened Pop Nouveau on Friars Street after the first lockdown in 2020, and has huge ideas to put Sudbury on the UK's art map. An artist-in-residence at the V Festival, he has amassed a unique collection of paintings and original artwork of pop stars, musicians and performers as well as the largest collection of album artwork in the world.
