About the Event
Embrace the plantagenet atmosphere and celebrate the legacy of Sudbury's famous son, Simon Theobald, theologian, priest, benefactor and financier, Archbishop of Canterbury and Lord Chancellor, who died 645 years ago on 14th June 1381.
This event includes an exhibition of the life and times of Simon of Sudbury and a floodlit display of Simon's actual head!
