As part of The Suffolk Walking Festival 2022, join River Stour Trust volunteers for a country walk in Sudbury, visiting historic sites including The Granary and three former water mills. Facts and local knowledge will be revealed to you during the walk which comprises sections of the old railway, the riverside and Ancient Commons Lands. A complimentary tea/coffee is offered after your walk at The Granary Tea Room. Proceeds go towards the restoration, conservation and education of the Suffolk and Essex River Stour Navigation. Distance 5 miles Some uneven, muddy paths. Complimentary refreshments available in The Granary Tea Room open after the walk. Car parking £FREE. Town car parking available.
